Ricky Moore is a seasoned operations expert with over 17 years of experience in managing and streamlining business processes. He has a proven track record of improving operations across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, technology,  logistics, investing and retail. Ricky has also generated significant funds and benefits for charities. At Elbi Digital he devised a campaign that enabled over $250k to be raised for charitable causes. He started his career helping people get to work and education with Hertfordshire County Council,  scaling the Wheels-to-Work project from a fleet of just 3 scooters, to a fleet over 500 scooter, motorcycles and bicycles. He consults with a select group of startups, and social enterprises include The VCF, Locals.org and Fashion Baby, as the Chief Operating Officer.
