Sofia has over a decade of experience in the social impact space. She spent eight years at WE Charity, a Canadian NGO focusing on development across Asia, Africa and Latam and engaging young people in social action in North America and the United Kingdom. Sofia held a variety of roles including in the areas of programme delivery, programme design and fundraising. Since leaving WE in 2020, she has worked as an independent consultant supporting the fundraising and programme functions of a select group of non-profits and startups. She holds a BA in Economics and Politics from Trinity College Dublin. In her spare time, she volunteers with community-based organisations in London.
